Ex-Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Orsi said that Fiorentina's Neto is 'one of the best', but cannot be compared to Gigi Buffon yet.
Orsi spoke ahead of the Fiorentina-Juventus clash this Friday, in which La Viola will be attempting to end the Bianconeri's winning streak and the two ‘keepers come face to face.
“Reaching [the level of] Buffon is very hard, but Neto is growing,” Orsi declared to FiorentinaNews.

“Reaching [the level of] Buffon is very hard, but Neto is growing,” Orsi declared to FiorentinaNews.
“You can't compare him to the Juventus goalkeeper yet, but he deserves credit for having matured a lot in these last few years.
“Montella deserves some credit too for having believed in him even when he made a few mistakes too many.
“Now Neto's mistakes can be counted on the fingers of a single hand and his personality will be good for the whole team.
“He's certainly turned into one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A.”
