Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon risks another ban and fine after he was reportedly again caught on camera using a blasphemous phrase.

This type of phrase is considered the worst type of swearing in the Italian language.

It is increasingly an issue for the Disciplinary Commission, because playing behind closed doors, it is much easier to catch any swearing on camera and identify where it came from.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Buffon was heard using the offensive phrase after Lautaro Martinez’s goal in last night’s Coppa Italia semi-final.

That was Buffon’s 1,100th match as a professional between club and international level.

It would be the second time in only a few days that Buffon has been in trouble for bad language, as he was already deferred to the disciplinary commission on January 26 for using the phrase during a game against Parma in December.
