Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon is happy to see his “great friend” Filippo Inzaghi take on the Bianconeri as Bologna Coach.
The former striker will take the Rossoblu to Turin tomorrow to face the champions, and has been offered encouragement by his former Italy teammate.
“Pippo has always been a great friend of mine,” Buffon told Corriere dello Sport.

“Pippo has always been a great friend of mine,” Buffon told Corriere dello Sport.
“He’s a man who won 1000 battles as a player and I’m sure he’ll be the same as a Coach. I’m happy he won [against Roma] and that he’s Bologna Coach.
“I could have gone to play there as a child, they wanted me when I was only 12-years-old, before Parma signed me.”
