Giacomo Bonaventura has reportedly agreed a new Milan contract, extending his stay until 2020.

The midfielder has been impressive since joining from Atalanta, scoring six goals and providing eight assists last season.

The 27-year-old is currently injured, and hasn’t featured since November 26, but Sky reports that a meeting took place with his agent, Mino Raiola, over a new deal today.

Raiola and Adriano Galliani are said to have come to terms on a renewal until June 2020, which will be made official in the coming weeks.
