The Rossoneri face Lazio in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final tomorrow, and the midfielder spoke in the pre-match Press conference.

“We want to do well because the final is up for grabs,” Bonaventura noted.

“We want to get to the end in the Coppa Italia. We don’t want to repeat some of the things we did in the past, we have to repeat our great performance from Sunday.

“Winning a trophy would be a fantastic thing, because of the many problems we’ve had, but we can’t think too far ahead.

“We need to think of tomorrow’s game which will be very complicated.

“They’re a great team, very well-drilled, they defend well and they attack even better. It’ll be an important test to see where we are.

“We’re in the running in three competitions, in the league we have to recover and to reach the Coppa Italia final we have to beat Lazio.

“Getting to the final would be an important turning point.

“Fourth place? It’s difficult to see when you look at the table, but we’ve made up a few points lately on those in front.

“Nothing is impossible, but we can’t think too far ahead. We just have to think about tomorrow’s match, which will be very complicated.”
