According to Corriere Torino, the Torino supporters were taking a break at the Autogrill Chianti Est in Florence off the A1 motorway when they were ambushed by Bologna ultras.

The latter, on their way to the San Paolo for the Rossoblu’s match against Napoli, would have thrown stones at the Granata fans’ bus, smashing several windows.

The website adds they managed to escape before the police arrived but that the Toro supporters continued on their journey by replacing the broken windows with cardboard.

It comes after fan trouble marred Wednesday’s game between Inter and Napoli, which saw four people stabbed and one die from being hit by a van.
