These include Milan for Lucas Paqueta and Napoli for Arkadiusz Milik.

According to Sportitalia television station, the latest option is to send Bernardeschi to Stamford Bridge in part-exchange for Italy international Jorginho.

It was because of Sarri that Jorginho made the move to Chelsea in the summer of 2018 for around €57m.

So far this season, he has contributed seven goals and two assists in 37 games.
