Silvio Berlusconi will only remain as Milan’s honorary President if he “can say yes or no on transfers”.

The Rossoneri owner is on the verge of selling the club to a Chinese consortium, Sino-Europe Sports, with the sale to be completed on December 13.

“They’ll invest money and take Milan back to the world level where they belong,” Berlusconi said on Radio 24.

“For my part I’m available to put my experience at the disposal of Milan and see what I can do.
