Former Juventus striker Nicklas Bendtner is under house arrest after showing off his electronc tag on social media.

Bendtner was given a 50-day prison sentence for assaulting a taxi driver, but it has since emerged that he will serve the punishment at home.

Indeed, the Arsenal youth product took to Instagram to upload a picture of himself wearing an electronic tag on his ankle.

Consequently, the 30-year-old Dane will not be able to play for Norwegian side Rosenborg for the next two months.
