“We’ll never be able to play like Napoli and neither could they play like us,” he told Tuttosport after the Bianconeri turned around their Champions League last-16 tie with Tottenham Hotspur.

“However, what ultimately count are the history books. Teams are more remembered for what they win than how they play.
“If it was the other way round, everyone would want to play for Barcelona or Ajax, but we have our characteristics and as long as we keep winning, that’s fine.”
