According to La Gazzetta dello Sport writer Nicolò Schira and Sky Sport Italia, the former Inter, Milan, Liverpool, Manchester City, Nice and Marseille striker is negotiating the details.
He is currently a free agent, so can command an impressive signing-on fee as well as strong salary of €4.5m per year.

It’s reported he could sign a contract to December 31 2021, which between fees, wages and bonuses would end up earning Balotelli around €15m.
There is another intriguing twist, as his brother – Enock Barwuah – is reportedly in talks for a move to Brazilian club Boavista.
It comes after Daniele De Rossi completed his transfer to Boca Juniors, again as a free agent after his Roma contract was allowed to expire.
Balotelli turns 29 next week and was also linked with Fiorentina and Hellas Verona.
