Fode Ballo-Toure is flying in this evening and will have his Milan medical on Saturday, completing a €5m move from AS Monaco.

Multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia, Calciomercato.com and Tuttomercatoweb are confident the deal is complete.

He is expected in Milan this evening, staying at the same hotel that Olivier Giroud checked into last night ahead of his medical.

Ballo-Toure will have his tests on Saturday morning at the La Madonnina clinic.

The 24-year-old left-back is drafted in as the alternative to Theo Hernandez, who will remain as the first choice, despite the attempts from PSG to coax him into a transfer away from San Siro.

Born and raised in France, Ballo-Toure has four senior caps for Senegal under his belt.

He came up through the Paris Saint-Germain academy, then moved to Lille and onto Monaco for €11m in January 2019.

The defender made 29 competitive appearances for Monaco last season, setting up five goals.
