Superdeporte in Spain and La Gazzetta dello Sport also fuel existing speculation about Milan’s attempt to bring Zaza to Serie A.

Bacca scored 18 goals with seven assists in 43 competitive games for Villarreal this season, but turns 32 in September and time is running out to find a suitable club.

Simone Zaza will be 27 next month and had his most prolific campaign at Valencia with 13 Liga goals, but still dropped down the pecking order.
