Milan striker Carlos Bacca has revealed his admiration for opponents Gianluigi Buffon and Andrea Barzagli ahead of Saturday's game with Juventus.

He also detailed his dreams of Champions League qualification for his Milan side, but also warned against looking too far ahead into the future.

"How will I score against Buffon? This is football," he told Corriere della Sera. "When you play well you're a phenomenon, but when you have a couple of bad games, things change. It happened with Buffon, even with all that he has given.

"I think he is one of the three best goalkeepers in history, if he had never made a mistake he would not be normal, but he came back to being great and redeemed everything. We hope that on Saturday he won’t be so good!

"Another player I admire at Juve? Barzagli. He is not spoken of much, but he's a great defender, he plays simply, and is always focussed. He’s a great asset to have in the team.

"Can supporters dream of a second place finish? The fans have to be calm, we are working slowly to improve. Let’s see where we end up, we hope to finish in the Champions League positions.

"The future is important, we must focus on today, to win the next game. Only god knows what will happen."
