Atalanta are set to be the subject of a UEFA investigation after Borussia Dortmund striker Michy Batshuayi claimed he was racially abused.
According to Goal.com and Deutsche Welle, UEFA will open disciplinary proceedings against Atalanta in relation to alleged racist behaviour and use of pyrotechnics and throwing objects.
Dortmund would also be facing charges relating to pyro and throwing objects, the Germans having reached the Europa League last 16 with a 4-3 aggregate victory over the Orobici.
