Max Allegri is being linked with the Tottenham Hotspur bench – in an exchange with Mauricio Pochettino to Juventus – and Bayern Munich job.

It was announced on Friday that the tactician would not be seeing out the final season of his contract in Turin, as Juve decided to go in a different direction.

There are now mixed reports on his next destination, but despite interest from Roma, it seems unlikely he’d remain in Serie A after five consecutive Scudetto trophies.

According to the Daily Express newspaper in England, there could be a straight swap of Coaches with Spurs.

Juve’s top tier target would be Pochettino and he’d only be released from his contract if Tottenham already had a replacement lined up.

Allegri has long been linked with a Premier League move, but delayed it to continue his push for a Champions League at Juventus.

However, in Italy the rumours coming from Rai Sport and Top Calcio suggest Allegri is on his way to Bayern Munich, where he’ll follow in the footsteps of Italians Giovanni Trapattoni and Carlo Ancelotti.
