Allegri was speaking after Juve’s 3-2 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Interational Champions Cup on Thursday, which saw Gonzalo Higuain break the deadlock and Claudio Marchisio score a brace.

“The League won’t end until the last game. We’ll try to win our seventh Scudetto and motivation will make the difference,” the Coach told the Bianconeri’s official website.

“We must raise the bar, try to get back into the Champions League Final and maybe win it this time.

“PSG? It was a nice training session, there were good performances in the first and second halves.

“We need to improve on our condition, dribbling and finishing, but we have all the time to prepare and be ready for the Supercoppa.

“I’m happy with [reserve goalkeeper Carlo] Pinsoglio, who had a good performance, just like Marchisio behind the forwards.

“Bentancur also did well, playing between the two midfielders, but he needs more character because he has technique and a great future ahead of him.

“Dybala and Higuain had some difficulties at the start of last season, but their chemistry improved.

“I was also happy with our sacrifice in the defensive phase, despite our lack of legs, because in order to still be challenging at the end of the season, you need everyone to show a willingness to sacrifice themselves.”
