Max Allegri hints that Kevin-Prince Boateng “has a good chance of starting” at White Hart Lane tomorrow, “but the formation depends on him.”

Milan have to overturn a 1-0 first leg defeat to Tottenham and thought they'd be without the Ghana international when he limped off with a sprained knee during Saturday's win at Juventus.

“Boateng has one more night to go and we have to see how he's feeling tomorrow morning, but he has a good chance of starting,” said the Coach in his pre-match Press conference.

“I just have to decide whether to field him as a trequartista behind the strikers or wide midfield. The formation depends on Prince.”

It's reported that Boateng behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Alexandre Pato would mean leaving Robinho on the bench.

“The team is convinced it can have a great game, even if we know the fans will push Tottenham on. It'll be a match open to any result.

“We played well in the first leg, but lost anyway. I think quite aside from Gareth Bale's presence, Tottenham are a strong side, but I repeat that despite our missing players, we intend to play a great game.”
