FIGC Presidential candidate Demetrio Albertini blasted the “same old faces” and Palermo’s Maurizio Zamparini.

Albertini is in the running for the role of Federation President, as Carlo Tavecchio is losing support rapidly over his racist comments.

“The palace of power continues to creak,” he wrote on Twitter this afternoon.

“Many are walking away, it’s just the same old faces left. #GameOn”

Albertini also hit back at Palermo President Zamparini, who said on Saturday he wouldn’t even hire the current FIGC Vice-President “as a doorman.”

“Would I be Zamparini’s doorman? Unfortunately for him, the Federation is not one of his businesses.

“He only knows how to control in an autocracy. #GameOn”
