The Argentine hitman hurt himself during the opening minute of today’s Premier League game against Everton.

He tried to continue, but was forced off the pitch in tears, visibly upset at what could be a serious injury, or at least keep him out of Wednesday’s decisive match at the Stadio Olimpico.

Bayern Munich have already qualified from the group, but it’s a head-to-head between these teams on who will continue in the tournament.

Roma will progress if they win or draw 0-0, but any other result would send Manchester City through.

The 26-year-old has been a guiding light for Manchester City this season, scoring 14 goals in 14 Premier League games and five in five Champions League fixtures.

It goes without saying that losing Kun Aguero would be extremely damaging to City’s chances of getting the result they need against Roma.
