Juventus President Andrea Agnelli has sought to play down the significance of his side's heavy 4-1 defeat to Parma this afternoon.
The Turin giants were unexpectedly humbled at home, suffering in particular after Fabio Quagliarella went off injured and Felipe Melo received a red card early in the first half.
"Our objectives and plans don't change. We have to stay united," Agnelli told Sky Italia.
"Today was a bad result, but losing 1-0 or 4-1 doesn't make a big difference.

"It started badly with the injury to Quagliarella. He is our most in form striker.
"Then there was Melo's sending off which was correct even if I expected a light sanctioning of the Parma player too.
"I have always said that this team is competitive. It can beat anyone.
"We have changed 12 players. It's a young team and you can't ask that we become experienced quickly."
Asked if Quagliarella's injury changes Juventus' plans in the January transfer window, he said: "Our line is well-defined.
"Right now we are waiting to know what is wrong with Quagliarella, hoping that there are no particular problems."
