The Portugal international arrived on August 31 for his medical, completing the move on loan with obligation to buy for a total €11.5m plus bonuses.
“I’d been working on it for a while, so this was not a last-minute operation,” agent Federico Pastorello told Lazionews.eu.
“He is very happy with his new squad.”
