“We have to start from one point, which is that Milan are Milan. They’re one of the clubs with the greatest appeal in the world.
“Clearly, on the other hand there is Shakhtar and the Rossoneri cannot decide for them.”
It has been reported Shakhtar want €25m for Brazilian Douglas Costa.
Another option is Taarabt, who spent six months on loan at Milan and has made it clear he doesn’t want to stay at QPR.
“How many have had such a strong impact in Italy as Taarabt? He scored, was man of the match, provided assists and amazed everyone,” continued Joorabchian.
“He was a great player for Milan, so yes, he too is a possibility. I don’t know whether or not Pippo Inzaghi likes him and is convinced by him.
“We haven’t talked about that, so I can’t say one way or the other.”
