Milan have announced that full-back Ignazio Abate will be out for at least two weeks after suffering a thigh injury.
The Italian international missed yesterday’s win over Parma, and the club has now confirmed he will miss a further two weeks.
“AC Milan announces that Ignazio Abate is suffering from a muscle injury to the back of the right thigh,” the club announced on its official website.
“His condition will be re-evaluated in a couple of weeks.”
