Torino currently sit at the top of the Serie A table and continue their unbeaten start to the 2024-25 season after a 3-2 victory over Hellas Verona, while Antonio Conte’s Napoli sit in second, albeit level on points with Udinese.

Here is how the table looks after another entertaining round of Serie A fixtures.

Torino lead Serie A after Week 5, Napoli, Udinese, Juventus Top 4

Torino sit at the top of the Serie A table after a 3-2 victory over 10-man Verona in the first game of this weekend’s fixtures. Paolo Vanoli’s side now have 11 points from three wins and two draws this season.

Napoli are now unbeaten in four and have conceded just once in that period after their 0-0 draw away against Juventus on Saturday evening. Conte’s men had won three in a row before then, and now sit in second with 10 points.

Udinese were beaten 3-0 by Roma on Ivan Juric’s debut, so they lose their lead of the division, and now just below Napoli, but still level on points.

Juventus got their third consecutive 0-0 draw on Saturday, and still haven’t conceded all season, but have also not won since the second week of the 2024-25 campaign. Thiago Motta’s side now sit in fourth with nine points.

Empoli also have nine points from their first five matches of the season and are one of three sides still unbeaten over that spell, most recently tasting victory away at Cagliari, picking up a 2-0 win.

Milan and Inter level, Roma and Atalanta mid-table

Inter and Milan are level on points and have now both recorded two wins, two draws and one loss each for the season after the Rossoneri rose to an encouraging 2-1 victory over the Nerazzurri in Sunday’s Derby della Madonnina.

Inter currently lead the way in sixth, with Milan just behind them in seventh.

Despite losing 2-1 to Fiorentina, Lazio still sit one point above rivals Roma. They currently occupy eighth and ninth place in the Serie A table.

Verona complete the top half of the standings, with six points from five matches, a record shared by Fiorentina, Atalanta and Bologna, who are currently in 11th, 12th and 13th.
