Reports are continuing to grow that Napoli and Albania full-back Elseid Hysaj offered himself to Milan as a free agent.

His representative already confirmed this week that Hysaj will be leaving Napoli at the end of the season, as attempts to negotiate a new contract have failed.

The current deal expires on June 30, so Hysaj is already allowed to negotiate with different clubs.

Calciomercato.com and Milannews.it both report that Hysaj’s entourage contacted Milan to offer his availability for next term.

His versatility would be welcome, as Hysaj can play on the right or left of defence, and has plenty of Serie A experience from his earlier spell at Empoli too.

He’d be a free agent, therefore saving Milan more money on Diogo Dalot, who will be sent back to Manchester United at the end of his loan.

Lazio have also been linked for similar reasons, but it seems as if Hysaj is pushing for the Rossoneri instead.
