"Playing in Italy or abroad doesn't make much difference to me, I'm ready for any experience," he added.
"All that I am looking for is an important project and at that point I am ready to calmly discuss anything."
The veteran stopper is available on a free transfer after he wasn't handed a new contract by Italian champions Milan this summer.
The former Azzurri international, who started his career at Bari before making his name at Chievo, is a central defender.
