A ceremony starting at 17.45 UK time will be held on Monday evening to determine the running order for the coming season, and will be attended by the Presidents of the top flight clubs.

Whilst specific dates for games will only be determined weeks in advance, all 38 rounds of fixtures in Serie A will be drawn today.

The season kicks off on the weekend of August 30 and 31 and is set to run through to May 31, 2015.

There are criteria to the draw – derbies and direct clashes between the big five will not be scheduled in midweek, the first day or the last day of the season.

Meanwhile, there are to be no repeated games from last season appearing in the same round in 2014-15, whilst the first day of the season will not allow for repeated fixtures from the previous two seasons.

For example, for the above criteria, Juventus already know they cannot draw Torino, Parma or Sampdoria for Week 1 of 2014-15.

Teams participating in the Champions League also cannot draw teams participating in the Europa League in rounds scheduled between two matchdays in those respective European competitions.
