Torino are ready to sign teenage Moldavian striker Vitalie Damascan from Sheriff Tiraspol.
Sky Sport Italia report a deal is practically done for the centre-forward, who turns 19 later this month.
He is due to arrive in Turin for around €3m to reinforce Walter Mazzarri’s squad.
Damascan has two goals in six caps for Moldova at Under-21 level.
There is an issue, as he is a non-EU player, so if he doesn’t get a European passport in time, the transfer will only be completed in the summer.
