Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is one of several options for Napoli once Pepe Reina’s contract expires in June.

The Belgian shot-stopper, who turns 30 in March, is frustrated at the constant competition with teammate Loris Karius.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Mignolet is among the candidates to take over the gloves at the Stadio San Paolo next season.

He joined Liverpool from Sunderland for €10m in 2013, but is no longer guaranteed first choice status at Anfield, as Jurgen Klopp likes to keep his goalkeepers on their toes.
