Reports in Italy suggest Everton could offer Sulley Muntari a way out of Milan, after the Ghanaian’s refusal to play.

Muntari has not played for the Rossoneri since March, and later asked not to be included in match day squads as he know he’s not in the club’s future plans.

The Gazzetta dello Sport is now reporting that despite interest from West Ham United and several MLS sides cooling, Everton have made contact with the player’s agent.

The former Portsmouth man has a contract until 2016, but would likely be allowed to leave on a free transfer or for a nominal fee after his actions this season.
