“I started my journey as a Coach to recreate the satisfaction I felt as a player,” Crespo told Inter Channel.

“I want to go back and relive the moments I experienced when I was a player.

“I started with Parma, in a very difficult situation and it’s been like five years in Serie A. I want experience, with the goal of becoming a Coach.

“I know I’ll succeed, I’m convinced of that, but I don’t know how long it will take.”

As a former Nerazzurri striker, Crespo was asked his opinion on the current side, and the Argentinian believes Roberto Mancini’s impact is being felt.

“I’m happy that things are going well for him, it wasn’t easy to take over such a big job.

“It’s true that what he had done in the past worked in his favour, but the squad had not been fully formed, and now we’re starting to see his work.”
