German papers were confident a deal was done between the two clubs this evening, on loan with an option to buy for €4m.
However, tonight Rai Sport claim Roma offered to match their bid and Zukanovic prefers the Giallorossi.
He could therefore have his medical with the Capital club tomorrow rather than make his trip to Germany.
