Pescara chief executive Danilo Iannascoli has confirmed that the club are thinking of re-hiring Zdenek Zeman.
The Czech tactician led the outfit to Serie A promotion a year ago, but he subsequently quit to join Roma.
However, the 4-3-3 man was sacked in February and Pescara will again find themselves in the second tier following their instant relegation.
“The interest for Zeman is real and we want to have a go,” Iannascoli commented to the Corriere dello Sport.
“We have a meeting with Zeman on Thursday where we will discuss his availability and any eventual ideas he has.”
