Bílek’s future with the national side is in doubt after some dissapointing results in World Cup 2014 qualification so far.

The Czech Republic, in the same group as Italy, are fourth after picking up just five points from a possible 12 so far.

They lost 3-0 at home to Denmark last week and will take on Armenia this evening. They entertain the Azzurri in June.

Bílek was appointed in October 2009.

Zeman, 65, is available for hire given that he was sacked by Roma in February after some stuttering results.
