"We played one of our worst games for some time against Juventus," said the veteran full-back.

"But now there is the international break where we can recharge the batteries because we have played a lot of games in the last month."

Milan have collected only five points from their five games in Serie A and they've also lost to title rivals Napoli this term.

"We are only six points behind," continued the former Bari and Juve man. "With three points for a win, you just have to win three or four games on the trot to climb back to the top.

"You also have to remember that we have faced some strong sides, but we'll play Napoli and Juventus at home in the second half of the campaign."
