Leonardo Bonucci and Joao Mario clashed after the Portuguese midfielder converted a penalty, taunting Juventus fans during celebrations.

Juventus and Benfica went to the break with a 1-1 draw at the Allianz Stadium in the second match of the Champions League Group H.

Arek Milik broke the deadlock after four minutes, but the Portuguese giants levelled the score through former Inter midfielder Joao Mario who converted a penalty kick caused by Fabio Miretti.

The 29-year-old celebrated in front of Juventus fans by putting his hands behind his ears, triggering Bonucci’s reaction.

The Old Lady’s captain chased Joao Mario warning him to be more respectful. More players joined the dispute, starting a clash that lasted a few seconds.

Joao Mario received a yellow card and so did Mattia Perin who had joined Bonucci to complain with the ex-Inter man.

Juventus fans also reacted with chants against Inter and Joao Mario himself.
