The reported heir to Mino Raiola’s empire is a lawyer named Rafaela Pimenta, who worked with the super agent for 18 years.

La Gazzetta dello Sport details how Pimenta is a respected lawyer who speaks six different languages, helping her navigate the transfer market smoothly. Early in her career, she worked for an antitrust team set up by Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso, and she later helped Rivaldo and Cesar Sampaio set up Guaratinguetà, a small club in the state of Sao Paulo.

At the project’s launch event, Raiola sensed the qualities of Pimenta and they started working together. She move to Montecarlo and worked alongside the super agent ever since. In addition to the two partners, there are only four or five other people working at the One headquarters in Montecarlo, one of which is Vincenzo Raiola, Mino’s cousin.

Pimenta is the only other person Raiola directly gave shares of One too, highlighting his belief in her ability and trust in her capacity. The future of Raiola’s empire is now, apparently, in her hands.
