Juventus revealed their new board of directors, to be appointed in the shareholders meeting that will take place today: here’s who they are.

Gianluca Ferrero will take over Andrea Agnelli as the new Juventus president, while the Bianconeri will have another key figure in Maurizio Scanavino, who’ll act both as the club’s CEO and general director.

The announcement follows the resignation of the entire board of directors as, besides Agnelli, Pavel Nedved, CEO Maurizio Arrivabene as well as eight more members also decided to leave the club after The Old Lady started being investigated over potentially inflated transfer values and alleged hidden salary payments.

Ferrero will become the new president after having made himself a reputation as an accountant, while also working as a technical advisor for the Turin court. He also holds the vice-president position at the Piedmont bank.

After being elected general director in the wake of the old board’s resignations, Scanavino will also become Juventus’ new chief executive officer, the same role he currently holds at the Italian media company Gedi.

Fioranna Negri, Laura Cappiello and Diego Pistone are also amongst the candidates that will feature in the Bianconeri’s new board of directors.

Negri has been working as an accountant for several companies for more than 30 years, while Cappiello is a renowned lawyer, specifically qualified in corporate and commercial law. An experienced manager in the financial sector, Pistone has been working for various companies within the Fiat group and became one of the right-hand men of former Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne.
