After attracting the attention of Manchester United and Aston Villa, now West Ham have started closely following Torino talent Raoul Bellanova.

The 23-year-old centre back joined the Granata from Cagliari last summer after a year on loan with Inter, making the move to Turin in a deal worth around €7m. He instantly became a first team regular under Ivan Juric and has seen over 2300 minutes of action across 29 games this term.

In recent months, Manchester United and Aston Villa have both sent scouts to follow Bellanova’s performances with Torino and have been left impressed, suggesting a possible move in the summer for the Italian full back.

As reported by TMW, West Ham also sent scouts to watch Bellanova and returned with a positive impression of the Torino defender, whose market value has tripled since his €7m move to the Piedmont capital last year.

The 23-year-old full back, who is expected to break into Luciano Spalletti’s Italy squad soon, has scored one goal and provided five assists across 27 league games this term.
