Fiorentina-bound midfielder Lucas Torreira has confirmed he is returning to Italy with a picture posted on social media.
The former Pescara and Sampdoria man is set to join Fiorentina on an initial loan deal with an option to buy.
According to Sportitalia, the Tuscans will pay €1m for the player’s season loan and will have an option to make his move permanent for €15m at the end of 2021-22.

Torreira will land in Florence today and has just posted a picture from the plane that is taking him to Italy.
The former Atletico Madrid loanee added a football emoji and the Italian flag to confirm that his transfer to Fiorentina is a done deal.
Torreira is expected to undergo his medical examinations with Fiorentina on Wednesday.
