Mirko Vucinic abandoned Roma's training session today after spraining his left ankle and is out of the trip to Palermo.

The Montenegro international was stretchered off during this morning's training session so that he could seek treatment for a suspected sprained ankle.

He is unable to recover in time to face Palermo on Sunday evening and has been left out of the squad.
