“We know the importance of this game and aware we’re facing a very strong opponent,” Vrenna said on Mediaset Premium.
“I told the lads that this is the match of a lifetime and if they play the way they did against Juventus, Bologna and Sassuolo, that gives me real hope.
“Lazio are the kind of team who let their opponents play football and that’s good for us, since Walter Zenga took charge. There is a bonus set aside for Serie A safety and I really hope to hand it over to the players tonight.
“We shouldn’t be so far down the table, as we suffered some serious refereeing errors. We’re destined to fight to the end, so we’re used to it after last year. If we don’t get the points today, we’ll get them against Napoli in the final round.”
