Fiorentina are in the Europa Conference League, but the final 30 seconds of their play-off with FC Twente was heart-attack inducing with a huge Luka Jovic miss followed by incredible Pietro Terracciano save.

The Viola had won the first leg 2-1 and managed to cling on to a 0-0 draw in the Netherlands.

It was a panicked time in seven minutes of stoppages, though, because after Igor was sent off for a second bookable offence, there were incidents at either end.

First, Jovic sent clear by Nico Gonzalez tried to pass it back to his teammate and instead ended up gifting it to Twente.

Moments later, Terracciano got down for a remarkable save to claw the Joshua Brenet free header off the line.

As one viewer on Twitter put it: “I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack and I am not even a Fiorentina fan.”
