A ‘very happy’ Lasse Schone has arrived to complete his move to Genoa from Ajax.
Schone was mobbed by Rossoblu fans as he landed at Genoa airport on Tuesday morning.
“I’m very happy to be here,” the 33-year-old managed to squeeze to Sky Sport Italia.
The Grifone are expected to pay around €1.5m for the midfielder, who should sign a two-year contract with the option of a third season.

The Dane spent seven years with the Eredivisie giants, scoring 64 goals and providing 52 assists in 286 appearances, without ever seeing red.
He won seven Dutch titles and helped the side reach the Champions League semi-finals last season, alongside Juventus new boy Matthijs de Ligt.
