Napoli have released a behind the scenes video of the shoot for their latest calendar.
The Partenopei are well known for their distinctive – some may say bizarre – team calendars, with previous years featuring the players dressed as gladiators and ancient warriors.
This year’s theme features Marek Hamsik as the king of Naples, with the rest of the team as various kings and noblemen.

Today the club has released a behind the scenes video, with Hamsik fluffing his lines and Jose Callejon declaring “I’m always hungry… for goals!”.
Hamsik ends the video by declaring “my realm is 120 metres [approximately the length of the pitch], my throne is midfield”.
