Manuel Locatelli has told supporters he is ‘happy and satisfied’ after officially signing a new long-term contract extension with Juventus on Thursday morning.
The Italy international shared a video message via the club’s official social media channels on Thursday afternoon, during which he spoke of his pride to wear the Bianconeri shirt.
“I’m really happy to have renewed my contract,” Locatelli told fans on X, formerly Twitter.
He continued: “This shirt means everything to me and I really feel at home here. I love you all lots, sending a big hug and as always Forza Juve.”
Locatelli moved to Juventus from Sassuolo in the summer of 2021 off the back of an impressive few seasons with the Neroverdi and a stellar tournament on the way to victory at Euro 2020.
His new contract ties him to Juve until the summer of 2028.
I used to criticize Loca and he has improved a lot this season.
