Radu Dragusin has just taken off from Genoa airport and is heading to London, where he will undergo his medical with Tottenham Hotspur.
The Romania international is set to join Spurs on a permanent transfer worth €31m including add-ons.
Dragusin had received offers from Napoli and Bayern Munich but decided to move to North London after Spurs matched Bayern’s offer on Tuesday evening.
The 21-year-old will earn circa €3m per season at Tottenham while 23-year-old Djed Spence will join Genoa on loan until the end of the season as part of the deal.
