Arturo Vidal has insisted that he is not going to Manchester United this summer.

The Chile international has been heavily linked with a move away from Juventus, with the Old Trafford outfit ready to bring their own transfer record to sign the midfielder.

However, Vidal has claimed he will speak with new Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri on Monday, but has revealed he won’t be signing for Louis van Gaal’s men.

“I’m still on holiday at the moment. Can I say I’m staying at Juve? I don’t know. On Monday I’ll talk to Allegri then we’ll see,” he is reported as saying by Tuttosport.

“I’m happy here. I’m calm. I believe Juve fans can be too.

“I still haven't spoken to Allegri nor my teammates. I’m not going to Manchester.”
