The Bentegodi side announced the deal this evening, which is pending a medical.
It is reported Donati will put pen to paper on a two-year contract this weekend.

The 32-year-old midfielder had been transformed into a centre-back this season at Palermo, unable to prevent their relegation.

Hellas Verona also confirmed they bought out Palermo’s 50 per cent of midfielder Oscar Arzamendia and striker Cesar Verdun.
